Up to 42 hryvnias per kilo: how much sugar, salt, and bread cost in Ukrainian supermarkets.
According to the Minfin portal, Ukrainians can see how prices for sugar, salt, and bread in supermarkets are changing.
Food prices are significant for citizens because they directly affect their well-being. Special attention is usually paid to the cost of staple foods like sugar, salt, and bread, which are important for most families. Let's see how much they cost on September 11.
In particular, a kilogram of sugar can be purchased on average for 36.52 UAH/kg. The price ranges from 34.89 UAH/kg (Novus) to 41.40 UAH/kg (MegaMarket).
Sea food salt will cost a little more – 35.74 UAH/kg. The lowest price can be found at Auchan - 33.88 UAH/kg, while at MegaMarket it will cost 37.60 UAH/kg.
Meanwhile, sliced wheat bread is sold for 34.45 UAH for 650 grams. Tsar sliced wheat bread can be purchased for 33.81 UAH for 600 grams.
