Ukrainian Band Druha Rika Raises Over 3 Million Hryvnias for Military Intelligence at Anniversary Show.

According to Novyny.live: On March 8th, the Ukrainian rock band Druha Rika performed a special 30th-anniversary concert titled 'I Am! 30 Years' at Kyiv's Palace of Sports. The event was a major celebration for fans and also served as a fundraiser, generating over 3 million hryvnias for charity, specifically for the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. In total, 3,076,581 hryvnias were raised during the concert to support the country's military efforts. This initiative highlights how Ukrainian cultural figures are actively contributing to the nation's defence during the ongoing war.
Concert Program and Highlights
Directed by Herman Nenov, the anniversary show featured the premiere of a new song, 'I'm Coming to You,' performed with guest artists Viktor Skuratovsky and Oleg 'Fagot' Mykhailiuta. The setlist included many of the band's classic hits, such as:

The fundraising campaign will continue throughout the band's upcoming tour, which begins on March 28th. The charity initiative is sponsored by the Aurora multi-market retail chain and the Work.ua job search service. This sustained effort demonstrates the band's commitment to supporting crucial social projects, potentially inspiring other artists to undertake similar actions.
Druha Rika's anniversary concert was not only a festive event for their fans but also underscored the social responsibility of musicians in the current context.
