HARRY VILLAGE CONJURED UP
Dominic MacLachlan, who will play the new Harry Potter. APGryffindor and Hufflepuffs are trying to compete with my favorite Spurs – building a massive quiddich stadium in north London to create a School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
We learned that HBO management plans to spend hundreds of thousands of pounds on constructing magical school grounds before filming begins for the new Harry Potter television series.
A source noted:
“Management couldn't find any locations that would suit the series well, so they decided to build Hogwarts grounds from scratch.”
“In addition to the quiddich stadium, Hagrid's Hut will be built on the grounds.”
The informant added:
“This is a huge commitment, and building all the sets will take longer than the filming itself, but the producers think it will be worth it.”
The creators of this show are drawing inspiration from the crew of the film 'Wicked', who built a real Munchkinland in Buckinghamshire.
Management has signed an 18-month deal with Berrybushes Farm in Langleybury, only a few minutes from the Leavesden studio where the filming of the series is taking place.
Sources report that permission has been granted for the construction of a grandstand for quiddich, greenhouses for herbs, classrooms, and the castle's exterior.
Hagrid's Hut will also be built on the farm.
The high-budget Harry Potter series is set to premiere over the next decade starting in 2027.
The first season will focus only on the original book 'Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone' and will consist of about eight one-hour episodes.
The series will likely be a more accurate adaptation of the books than the blockbusters due to smaller time constraints.
