Lisa Maffia, a former member of So Solid Crew, talked about her horrific health issues by posting a video on Instagram where she was monitored by medics. She managed to smile while holding a bottle of water during her recovery.

At 46, during a performance at two shows in London and participating in the Notting Hill Carnival, she explained how the intensive schedule affected her health.

“You see the stage, the show, the energy... but you don't always realize what it takes to keep going,” she said. “This happened after my fifth show of the weekend. I collapsed backstage from sheer exhaustion, and medics had to step in! You can even notice that my hands are still shaking.”

Lisa added: “I’m okay, thank God. But it reminded me how important it is to slow down and listen to your body.” She also quoted a thought from the Bible, urging people not to forget about their health.
