In a conversation with Spencer Matthews on his podcast Big Fish, Ms. Bridge said:

“I have nothing left to show for it, and I think that’s one of my biggest regrets.”

She added:

“My parents always thought that by letting me work from such a young age, they couldn’t control how I spent my money.”

Frankie recalled that she kept track of her expenses and had her own bank card:

“I remember only last week I closed it.”

She also emphasized that, although she received investment advice, at the time she didn’t realize how important that money could be in the future.

Frankie pointed out the pressure in the group:

“Being in a girl group, you are constantly comparing yourself to others, and you are compared publicly.”

Spencer commented on their conversation, noting that it was an honest and inspiring talk in which they discussed Frankie’s experiences related to mental health and motherhood.

Currently, Frankie opened up about her year-long battle with acne, which affected her self-confidence and led to negative comments on social media.

Additionally, she found herself at the center of a dispute with Rochelle Humes and Millie Mackintosh regarding personal relationships with Millie's ex-husband.

Frankie Bridge shared her financial struggles and mental health issues, which is an important step in opening the discussion on such topics among young people. Her story highlights how crucial it is to educate young people on financial literacy, especially in the world of show business where money can quickly disappear. This openness can serve as an example for many, as stars also face real challenges despite their public status.
