Frankie Bridge speaks about her struggle with anxiety after a fight with Maile Class.
Frankie Bridge's openness about anxiety
According to The Sun: Frankie Bridge shared how she copes with "uncontrollable anxiety" and "sorrow" amidst a conflict with Mailyn Class. The 36-year-old panelist of the show 'Loose Women' posted a candid post on Instagram detailing her experiences.

She also shared another post: “Sexy people rethink everything.”
A mother of two, she has issues with other members of her group 'The Saturdays', Rochelle Humes and Mailyn Class, which arose from the singer Mailyn's ex-boyfriend. It was previously reported that the channel took measures to improve relationships among Frankie, Rochelle, and Mailyn.
Although 'The Saturdays' have mended their relationships, the situation with Mailyn, 47, remains tense.
Jokes in the studio and Frankie's personal thoughts
Frankie received a joking comment from the host of 'Loose Women', Kay Adams, 62, earlier this week. During one of the episodes, she joked: 'Look at them!' referring to Frankie's shoulder pads.
Initially, Frankie just rolled her eyes but later shared her thoughts. One fan asked: “Did Kay's comments offend you?”
Frankie replied: “No. Kay and I have a similar dry sense of humor. Neither of us is serious, and we love to joke with each other; it’s our love language.”
She added: “I've been genuinely bored lately that women, especially, can't joke like that without it turning into drama.”
Frankie's openness about her experiences highlights the importance of talking openly about emotions and mental health. She is trying to find a balance between personal life and professional work, which is a relevant issue for many modern women. Such discussions can help alleviate tension in relationships and even strengthen bonds with other show participants.
