According to The Sun: Frankie Bridge shared her emotions related to 'uncontrollable anxiety' and 'sorrow' due to her conflict with Mailein Klass.

The 36-year-old star of 'Loose Women' shared an honest post on Instagram, where she talked about how she copes with her feelings.

In a photo where she is wearing a top, leggings, and a black leather jacket, she wrote: 'This morning I experienced uncontrollable anxiety, which is really quite unusual for me.'

'I went to a yoga class, and now I feel like a new woman!'

Frankie also posted another thought: 'Sexual people think too much about everything.'

The mother of two found herself in a controversial situation with former bandmates from The Saturdays, Rochelle Hughes and Mailein Klass, after a conflict involving the 'cheating' ex-husband of the singer.

Previously, it was reported that the network intervened to improve the relationships between Frankie, Rochelle, and Mailein.

It seems that the pair from The Saturdays have reconciled, but relationships with the 47-year-old singer Mailein remain tense.

Within this conflict, Frankie received a joke from 'Loose Women' host, Kay Adams, 62, earlier this week.

During one of the episodes on ITV, Kay could not resist making a comment about Frankie's shoulder pads, joking: 'Look at them!'

These words triggered a restrained reaction from the singer, and she has now shared her true thoughts.

In an open Q&A session, one fan asked: 'Were you offended by Kay's comments live on air? #shoulderpads.'

Frankie replied: 'No. Kay and I have similar dry humor.'
'Neither of us takes ourselves too seriously, and we love joking with each other, it is our love language.'
'I am so boring that women especially can’t do it without turning it into a drama.'

Currently, Frankie is in the spotlight due to her experiences related to relationships, not only with her show colleagues but also on a personal level. This reflects the typical age-old challenge that many public figures face when trying to find a balance between their personal lives and professional duties. It is important that she shares her thoughts, which can inspire others in similar situations.
