Harris Discussed Power Transition Process with Trump after Elections.

U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris held a phone conversation with the newly elected President Donald Trump, during which she discussed the importance of a peaceful power transition.
According to a high-ranking aide of Harris, who wished to remain anonymous, the Vice President called Trump to congratulate him on his election victory. The conversation took place ahead of Harris's planned speech recognizing the defeat.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also responded to the election results in his evening address. "Today is truly a special day, and one piece of news attracts all attention worldwide. An absolutely convincing election result in America. Clear leadership of President Trump," he stated.
The Ukrainian leader mentioned previous contacts with Trump – a phone conversation in July and a personal meeting in September this year, characterizing them as "good talks." According to him, interaction also occurs at the level of teams.
