Oscar-nominated actor Graham Greene has died: star of Dances with Wolves and The Green Mile.
According to The Sun: Oscar-nominated actor Graham Greene died at the age of 73.
The star of the film 'Dances with Wolves' passed away in a Toronto hospital, according to Deadline.

His agent, Michael Greene, confirmed that the actor 'The Green Mile' passed away in the arms of his wife, Hilary Blackmore.
“He was a great man with moral values, ethics, and character, and he will be greatly missed. You are finally free.”
Remembering his late friend, Michael added:
“Susan Smith will greet you at the gates of heaven.”
While the cause of death has not been officially announced, it is known that Greene passed away after a lengthy illness.
Memorable Roles of Graham Greene
One of Greene's most notable roles was playing Kicking Bird in 'Dances with Wolves' in 1990.
He also appeared in the films 'Twister' (Die Hard With A Vengeance, 1995), 'The Green Mile' (The Green Mile, 1999), and 'Winter's Tale' (2014).
In his early years, Greene worked in theaters in Canada and England in the 1970s.
His television debut occurred in the Canadian drama 'The Big Detective' in 1979, and just four years later, he acted in his first film 'Running Brave'.
However, it was the casting for the role in 'Dances with Wolves' that turned his career around.

Greene received an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in the acclaimed western.
The film garnered 12 Oscar nominations and won seven statuettes, including Best Picture.
In 1994, he received accolades for his performance in 'Maverick' alongside Mel Gibson.
In 1995, the actor starred alongside Samuel L. Jackson and Bruce Willis in 'Twister'.
He also appeared in 'The Green Mile', where he starred alongside Tom Hanks.
Recently, Greene appeared in 'Twilight Saga' (2009), collaborating with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.
In 2021, in one of his interviews, Greene expressed his thoughts on his career, noting that he enjoys 'the diversity of roles.' He said:
