The Ukrainian national basketball team achieved two victories: how it affected the chances to qualify for the World Cup.
According to inkorr.com: After the game against 'Barcelona', Vinicius will not be punished by 'Real' head coach Xabi Alonso, who decided to close the matter. The Brazilian footballer apologized to the team for his aggressive behavior towards the coach, however, the incident still remains in the spotlight.
“Vinicius Junior will not be punished. The matter is closed. His speech (with apologies) to the team was impeccable,” quotes Alonso Fabrizio Romano.
Victories of the Ukrainian basketball team
The national men's basketball team of Ukraine celebrates victory in the pre-qualification for the 2027 World Cup, defeating Slovakia with a score of 98:86. In the next match, the Ukrainian team also won against Switzerland at home with a result of 73:64.
In the match against Switzerland, the achievements of the Ukrainian national team players were outstanding: Koval scored 8 points and provided 4 assists, Tkachenko - 3 points, Lipoviy - 11 points and 6 rebounds, Voinalovich - 12 points, Kravtsov - 4 points, Sanon - 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Other players also showed good performance.
Thus, the head coach of 'Real' will not take into account the conflict with Vinicius after the game against 'Barcelona'. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian basketball team achieved two important victories, taking first place in the pre-qualification for the 2027 World Cup.
