Actress Helen Flanagan Reduces the Price of Her Mansion for the Second Time: What Happened.
Helen Flanagan's Mansion Price Reduced for the Second Time
According to The Sun: Helen Flanagan has once again lowered the price of her mansion, which is now worth 1.5 million pounds. As it turns out, selling it amid financial difficulties is not so easy.
The 35-year-old star of Coronation Street has already reduced the price by over 300,000 pounds on the house she shared with her former partner Scott Sinclair.

Initially, she listed the family home for sale in May at 1.5 million pounds, and just four weeks later lowered the price to 1.195 million. And now the 5,000 square foot house can be purchased for 995,000 pounds.
The former couple, who are raising three children, bought this property in June 2021 for 840,000 pounds. The house features five reception rooms, six bathrooms, and six bedrooms, including two with their own bathrooms. The mansion is located on the edge of heather fields and boasts 'stunning views'.
Helen, who has previously spoken openly about 'losing all her money', admitted that she feels sad to leave this home as she put in a lot of effort to decorate it.
“When we moved in, I put a lot of my savings into making the house beautiful,” she says.
New Roles and Holidays
Despite the difficulties in selling the mansion, Helen has already showcased her costume for her role in the pantomime, where she will play a wicked stepmother in the show Snegurochka. She will perform in December at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool.
The actress is dressed in a shiny red and black outfit with black feathers and a golden tiara. In her hands, she holds a red apple, symbolizing the plot.
“Helen is looking forward to the pantomime season and wants to immerse herself in the role; she is a fantastic actress and knows how to put on a show,” the source noted.
However, despite the new opportunities, Helen is not happy about spending Christmas away from her children, as she and Scott Sinclair live in different cities.
“I will do something in November – really nice long weekend, and then I will feel like I have already celebrated Christmas with them,” she shared.
