A cold atmospheric front will come to Ukraine

On October 11, a cold atmospheric front will visit Ukraine, changing the weather across the country. The western regions will feel its influence first, with rain and a drop in temperature expected. By Friday evening, rainy weather will spread to the Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Kyiv regions and reach the western districts of the Cherkasy region.

Meteorologist Natalia Didenko warned about this in her weather forecast.

Enjoy dry weather

Despite the atmospheric front's arrival, most of Ukraine will still enjoy dry weather throughout the next day. It will be warmest in the southern and central regions, where air temperatures will reach 20-25 degrees. In the east of the country, 20-23 degrees of warmth are expected, while the north will have 19-21 degrees.

Western regions will experience the most significant drop in temperature due to the cold front. Here, thermometers will show only 12-16 degrees of warmth. However, in the Chernivtsi region and Khmelnytskyi area, the air will still be warmer, up to 19 degrees.

In Kyiv on October 11, most of the day will be dry, but in the evening, a cold rainy front will approach the capital. Initially, precipitation will be slight, but by October 12, it will intensify. On Saturday, the capital will be under the influence of cold air, and temperature will drop sharply to 11-12 degrees of warmth.

Sharp weather change

By Sunday, October 13, the atmospheric front will pass through all of Ukraine, bringing cold air to all regions. Such a sharp weather change, especially in autumn, may negatively affect people's well-being, including those who suffer from chronic diseases.

It should be noted that previously Ukrainians were warned that, at best, there would be no electricity up to 5 hours a day during winter.
