Ryan Tedder's Outrage
Ryan Tedder, the leader of OneRepublic, shared his outrage on Instagram Stories, noting that he is stopped for checks at the airport during every trip.
The musician, known for hits for artists like Adele and Jessie J, posted an image upon arrival in his story with a large text comment.
"I've been flying through Heathrow since I was 16, London can definitely be the greatest city on earth, but every time Heathrow confirms it’s the worst airport in any city in the world."
"Why? They can't handle the volume of passengers, and the security lines and all the procedures are just madness."
"My 30 years of experience shows that this is the only airport that checks my luggage every time... and seems to check every other person too."
"They hire only 1/10 of the staff needed to deal with the insane security procedures they insist on maintaining."
"HIRE MORE STAFF! DO BETTER! Imagine you represent the best city on earth."
However, later that same day Ryan posted about a hot pumpkin latte and young Al Pacino.
The singer is known for creating popular ballads, writing hits like 'Halo' for Beyonce, 'Rumour Has It' for Adele, and 'Bleeding Love' for Leona Lewis.
OneRepublic's Success
Along with the band OneRepublic, Ryan has achieved significant success on the charts with songs like 'Counting Stars', 'Apologize', and 'Secrets'.
Personal Life and Inspiration
Ryan previously mentioned in HELLO! Canada magazine that his son Copeland inspired the 2013 song 'I Lived'.
He also noted that fatherhood has influenced his creativity, stating: "When you have kids, it reflects in what you write."
In 2021, Ryan teamed up with Scottish singer Lewis Capaldi and stated that he wants to keep touring with his band for another ten years as long as they enjoy touring the world.
