A stripper was forced to become a participant in a bad boys show: the boyfriend's reaction.
The Situation with the 'Bad Boys'
According to The Sun: A woman got tired of her stripper boyfriend making a living by undressing and decided to take drastic measures to solve the problem.
Akonne Wanliss, 33, reported that his girlfriend, Daniella Hemsley, slyly signed him up for the ITV2 show 'Bad Boys' without his knowledge. This reality show features host Olivia Attwood trying to help guys with issues improve their behavior through various challenges and tasks.
Instagram/@daniella.hemsleyDaniella secretly signed Akonne for the second season of a show aimed at helping guys become better. However, the producers devised a plan to convince Akonne to fly to Tenerife, telling him he was cast for a fake show called 'Hot Guys with David Pott', where he would compete for the title of best 'hottie' at parties.
Revealing the Truth
On the show, Akonne is somewhat amused at the club until Daniella appears to tell him the truth about the show.
“You don’t expect to get caught up in something that was orchestrated by someone you love,”
Akonne said, commenting on his testing moment. He noted that at the moment of revelation, he was wearing an apron and a bow tie and felt 'exposed'.
“I had a lot of issues with this whole process of being deceived.”
After the shock and outrage, Akonne, who is an MMA fighter and has been a stripper for 12 years, ultimately decided to stay on the show but emphasized that he does not wish to change for his partner.
Why Daniella Decided to Participate in the Show
On the show, Daniella openly shared her true reason for signing Akonne up. She cited examples of when she saw other women going too far by touching him and claimed that he did not react to it.
“I saw him going too far with my own eyes,”
she explained. In response, Akonne noted that his 'hands are tied' when the choreographer asks him for something since he is just performing a 'magic show'.
