According to The Sun: The owners of Chelsea, BlueCo, announced a new appointment from Brighton. David Weir, 55, has become the new sports director of Strasbourg and will start working on November 1.
The French club Strasbourg is owned by Todd Boehly and BlueCo, who also own Chelsea. Weir, a former Premier League star, played for teams such as England and Everton.
