During the press conference, an awkward situation occurred with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. After answering a question, he decided to drink some water but unfortunately knocked over a glass on the table. Apologizing for this, Zelensky started cleaning up together with his press secretary, Serhiy Nykyforov.
The President stated that the United States will attempt to conclude the active phase of the conflict by the end of this year. Zelensky also noted that Ukraine does not need security guarantees from the Russian Federation. They will do everything possible to achieve gradual peace.
The President reported that 65% of Ukrainians support him, not contradicting this data by 4%.
