The Quirk of a Pregnant Wife

On BBC Radio 1, Jamie, who recently turned 36, confessed:

“I’ll tell you one thing that is quite strange. We just moved into a new house, which is very cool, and my wife, who is pregnant, has this new rule in the house.”

“I hate it. She won’t listen. I really don’t like it, and at home, I try to pretend I like it, but I don’t.”

He explained in more detail:

“The rule is: I have street clothes and home clothes. When I leave the house, I have to wear my street clothes, and when I come back, I have to change into home clothes.”

Jamie also added:

“One time she caught me when I was running upstairs in my street clothes.”

His co-host, Katie Thistleton, asked how this works, and he replied:

“I come in and undress.”

To which Katie joked:

“Blame it on the hormones.”

However, Jamie feels that it would be worth sharing even more, and shed a little irony:

“I'm afraid if she listens. I just want everyone to know that I love wearing home clothes.”

Pregnancy Photos

In June of this year, Jamie and Sophie released a touching video announcing their pregnancy, showing Sophie during an ultrasound.

The video shows Sophie glowing with happiness when Jamie asks:

“How are you feeling, darling?”
They both react with astonishment to the appearance of their unborn baby for the first time.

These stories from Jamie and Sophie capture the attention of fans as they testify to the joyful anticipation of a new chapter in their lives. The rule about home and street clothes may seem funny, but it also highlights the special bond and shared experience that arises during pregnancy. Against the backdrop of posts related to their lives, the soon-to-be parents openly share their emotions and experiences, making their lives even closer and more relatable to fans.
