Canada Excludes Tesla from Prestigious Auto Show.
Vancouver Auto Show Excludes Tesla Due to Safety Concerns
The organizers of the International Auto Show in Vancouver have decided to exclude Tesla from their event due to safety concerns. They repeatedly suggested that the automaker voluntarily withdraw from participation, but when this did not happen, appropriate decisions were made.
Recently, there have been numerous protests against Tesla in Canada due to the collaboration of the company's head Elon Musk with U.S. President Donald Trump.
Auto show representatives stated that their concerns relate not only to mass protests but also to the possibility of acts of vandalism. The director of the International Auto Show in Vancouver, Eric Nicol, warned about this possibility.
It is worth recalling that earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump imposed a 25% tariff on Canadian imports and made unpleasant remarks about Justin Trudeau, calling him 'the governor of the state of Canada.'
In the U.S., there has also been a series of attacks on car dealerships, charging stations, and Tesla vehicles. Elon Musk accuses members of the Democratic Party of these attacks and calls them 'bad people.'
