Denmark Eases Rules for Foreign Workers.

The Danish government is considering easing business access to foreign labor. According to new rules, the income threshold for workers from non-European Union countries will be reduced from 514,000 to 300,000 Danish kroner. In addition, there are plans to simplify the hiring procedures for foreigners to work in Denmark.

'Given the labor shortage in Denmark, international workers have become extremely important for Danish companies and the Danish economy in recent years,' emphasized Jacob Holbraad, CEO of the Confederation of Danish Employers.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced an agreement between Ukraine and Denmark on the joint production of long-range drones and missiles outside Ukraine following a meeting with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen in The Hague.
