According to ТСН: Ukrainian singer Kateryna Buzhynska recently underwent surgery and shared details about her health condition on Instagram.

For over a month, the performer has been talking about how she is treating her eye, injured by a contact lens. Unfortunately, the situation worsened, and an infection developed in her eye, forcing the artist to undergo surgery. Kateryna assures that her condition is stable and she is very hopeful for a quick recovery to return to her beloved craft – singing.

“With a heavy heart, but with faith and hope, I share my personal experience with you. I have been undergoing treatment for two months now and am currently under the care of doctors in intensive therapy. The contact lens caused a serious injury to my eye, leading to an infection. Because of this, I temporarily cannot perform, work, and honestly admit that I feel unwell. I have undergone surgery, my condition is stable. Ahead is a path of treatment and recovery, which I am taking step by step with hope and patience.”

The singer also informed that she will not be able to perform at the upcoming concerts with Mykhailo Hrytskan due to treatment. She asked for understanding and expressed gratitude for the support and kind wishes.
