Katherine Ryan offers her gothic abode for sale

According to The Sun: Katherine Ryan has listed her stunning gothic abode, which previously served as a church, for sale.

The comedian shared photos of her property earlier this week, stating:

“TODAY I felt like stopping by the Katherine Ryan Museum in Crouch End, my first apartment that we are considering selling.”

42-year-old Katherine told her 1.1 million followers that her eldest daughter Violet “doesn’t want her,” prompting the family to decide to sell the house.

Accompanying a video of the impressive listing, Katherine and her partner Bobby gave fans a tour inside and outside their property.

She emphasized:

“Next week we will list my WONDERFUL gothic church with a private garden, which has a mansion in Crouch End, for sale.”

The comedian also noted:

“So many happy memories, high ceilings, underfloor heating in the bathroom, marble countertops in the kitchen, good energy and formative years here.”

Fans were stunned by the news of the sale of this beautiful property, which received many compliments. Some also expressed interest in buying it.

Katherine described her former home, noting the white walls and wooden floors, as well as cozy bedrooms with fluffy rugs and soft blankets.

The house impresses with attention to detail: a large kitchen island, houseplants, and several interesting works of art.

Additionally, in the bathroom, Katherine chose a black bathtub and a huge mirrored cabinet in one of the three bedrooms.

This gothic abode was once a church

Katherine recalled that

“so many happy memories”
remain in this home.

She currently lives in a luxurious mansion with her family, including her little ones Fred and Fenn, whom she is raising with childhood friend Bobby Cousto.

The gothic style of her new home is drastically different from her previous one, but it retains many personal and sentimental elements, such as photo frames and extravagant wallpapers.

At the same time, Katherine jokingly noted that

“maybe just leave it and use it as a no-kids and no-men zone?”
