Katie Price in Criticism Again: Why the Star Took Sick Kittens to the Concert

According to The Sun: Katie Price has received criticism from animal rights supporters for taking her sick sphynx cats to work.

The 47-year-old star raised concerns among her followers when she brought sick pets on tour.

The controversial pet owner was spotted at her recent event with sphynx cats, just days after four of her kittens were taken to the vet.

The TV star was seen outside the Royal Theatre in St Helens before the show, where she performed alongside her close friend Kerry Katona. The cats were with her.

Witnesses expressed outrage on social media.

“She brought sick kittens and their mother to her show. Cats should not be moved as it causes stress. The kittens were premature, and the reasons for this are stress and infection.”

“Most of them have died or may be dead. This is a result of Katie's negligence, and she continues to harm these animals.”

“Everyone supports Katie, but has everyone forgotten how she treats animals? The star of the show while her kittens are dying.”

Another frustrated user posted a document supposedly created by artificial intelligence listing all of Katie's deceased animals.

They added: “Not counting the kittens she just killed.”

Katie herself, who considers herself an animal lover, was with her boyfriend Jay Jay Slater, who helped place the sphynx cats in a carrier.

One of the kittens died shortly after birth – this is the eighth animal that has died under her care.

Difficult Situation with the Kittens

Katie and her boyfriend Jay Jay feed them with a bottle every three hours as the cat Doris is infected and undergoing a course of antibiotics.

The star previously admitted that she had to take the kittens with her across the country during the tour.

“They continue to deteriorate, even though we have already taken them to the vets. Jay Jay had to save them in the emergency room.”

“We are going back to the vets again, the situation doesn’t look good.”

“We hope they are our children. We are doing everything we can.”

RSPCA Statement

A representative from the RSPCA stated: “Newborn kittens must legally remain with their mother for at least eight weeks.”

“They should not leave the home or be exposed to new conditions until vaccinated at six to eight weeks old, as their immune systems are still immature.”

“If the mother cannot feed the kittens, supplementary feeding may be necessary, but manual feeding has a high risk of mortality.”

Kittens should be in a safe and warm environment and slowly socialized, having the opportunity to interact with vaccinated dogs and cats.”

“Then they can be gradually introduced to hygiene procedures.”

“Establishing a routine, such as frequent small feedings, is also important for their well-being.”

“At 12 weeks old – after their second vaccination – they should be scheduled for neutering to prevent unwanted litters.”

“We are just extremely upset. And we will be even more saddened if they cannot do anything for them.”

In her latest autobiography, Katie revealed that she had to euthanize another sphynx kitten just five months after purchasing it.

The star, according to her fans and PETA, who urged her to give up exotic pets, recently became a mother to a new breed of cat after the birth of cat Doris.

The charity organization PETA insists on banning Katie from keeping pets.

Animal rights activists are outraged to learn about the deaths of eight animals that occurred over the last six years.

The star has been labeled a 'serial animal killer' due to numerous instances of animal deaths, and PETA has previously offered Katie 5,000 pounds to stop acquiring animals.
