According to The Sun: Kerry Katona, best friend of Katie Price, accused Alex Reid of trying to attract attention.

The Atomic Kitten star does not understand why Alex criticizes Katie, as she believes the latter is a 'great mom'.

Katie's ex-husband recently announced that he is 'leading a campaign' to expose the truth about their relationship and the previous accusations made by Katie against her other exes.

“These are not rumors, but facts. This is not about gossip, but about reality,”

Alex also posted an address stating that while Katie is bankrupt, she was counting money.

Kerry responded to the words of the former MMA fighter earlier this month, stating in a comment under an Instagram post that this is 'just for attention.'

Katie, 47, was declared bankrupt twice in 2019 and then once again in 2020 due to large unpaid taxes.

Kerry is not going to stop. In her column for OK! magazine, she reported that she and Katie are preparing for a tour.

She added:

“There is a lot of media attention on Katie, and it’s not for me to decide whether she will talk about it, but she is a great mom and loves her children endlessly – and vice versa.”

Furthermore, in a shocking video, allegedly shot in 2020, Katie is seen counting a large sum of money with her daughter Princess.

She specifically says:

“There is a lot of money here... I will just sort it out.”

During this process, Katie wonders what her father is saying about paying school fees.

Recalling her bankruptcy issues, she added:

“It’s not easy, as I am bankrupt until next May.”

Katie's representative noted that

“This video was handed to Katie's trust a few months ago, and Katie is fully cooperating with investigations.”

Disputes Between Exes

Katie and Alex married in Las Vegas in February 2010 but separated the following year.

Alex noted:

“For many years, I have watched many false, exaggerated, or deliberately distorted stories leak into the public.”

Katie and Kerry have been maintaining a close friendship for over 20 years.
