We Need To Talk Podcast

On Paul C. Brunson's podcast 'We Need To Talk', Kerry revealed that initially she chose Liz and future Sugarbabes vocalist Heidi Range for the group.

She noted:

“I believe Heidi was 14, Liz was 15. They needed chaperones... Heidi leaves the group, she wanted to pursue a solo career, and then without my knowledge, they brought in Natasha Hamilton.”

Kerry also shared her first impressions of Natasha:

“When I met her, I thought: 'I can't stand her'. She had a very strong personality, telling me what dance moves to do.”

However, over time, Kerry changed her attitude:

“I became madly in love with her. We became very close. Four weeks later, we got a recording contract.”

Conflict and New Statements

In October 2024, Kerry seemed to reignite the conflict with Natasha, joking about her departure from the band.

On her Instagram page she said:

“I heard that Atomic Kitten is down one member. Maybe I'll audition. Do you think they'll let me back?”

She humorously added:

“The main thing is, I am whole again.”

The next day, Natasha announced her departure from the band to focus on her solo career.
