According to The Sun: Kim Kardashian is struggling with how she was portrayed in her ex-husband Kanye West's new documentary, according to The U.S. Sun.

The documentary 'Whose Name?' premieres in select theaters on September 19, and Kim does not want the public to see her during this stressful time.

A source who provided information to The U.S. Sun stated that the reality star is extremely concerned about how she will appear in the film and fears that it could ruin her carefully crafted 'perfect image.'

“Kim's biggest nightmare is having something so personal, like a video, in front of the whole world, which she has no control over,” shared an insider.

Despite her experience in front of the cameras, as Kim has appeared in famous reality shows 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' and 'The Kardashians', this time the control of the material belongs to her ex-husband and director Nico Ballesteros, who started filming at the age of 18.

The documentary covers the period when their seven-year marriage was coming to an end.

“Kim's entire career is about how she has carefully built her perfect image,” explained the insider.

According to the source, Kim, who manages several successful brands like Skims and SKKN by Kim, was unable to intervene in the creative design of this project, which made her uncomfortable.

“Kanye's documentary has triggered a spiral of negative emotions for her,” the source continued.

Kim, who is 44, and Kanye, who is 48, have not found common ground since their divorce in 2021. During their separation, the couple has four children: North (12 years), Saint (9 years), Chicago (7 years), and Psalm (5 years).

Relationship problems

Kim recently admitted that “living with Kanye is a bad dream.” She said, “I can't sleep. I cried all day, it's just a bad dream that doesn't end,” when talking about her communication with Kanye in the film.

In the teaser for the documentary, which appeared earlier this month, Kim tearfully watches her then-husband's emotional breakdown as he admits he hasn't been taking his medication and would rather die than stay on it.

Kim 'does not like' how she looks in the documentary, and she believes that this material could ruin her carefully built image. She usually controls all aspects of her life, and this video was shocking for her.

Kanye West's documentary is likely to become a topic of discussion among fans and critics, as it not only showcases Kim's personal experiences but also reflects the complicated relationship between the stars. This situation further emphasizes how important it is for public figures to maintain control over their image in the current media landscape.

In a world where celebrities' personal lives become public material, Kim risks losing not only her status but also her inner peace. Her struggle with the media's influence over her personality evokes sympathy and undoubtedly deserves attention.
