The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, met with the President of South Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol, in Seoul and reported on the cooperation between Russia and North Korea. Their talks also concerned responses to new security threats. President Yoon expressed South Korea's readiness to cooperate with Ukraine and the U.S. in responding to threats arising from the rapprochement between Russia and North Korea. Ukraine and North Korea also agreed to continue exchanging information regarding the deployment of North Korean troops in Russia and the transfer of this information from Moscow to Pyongyang.

During the summit, the Ukrainian delegation also met with the heads of government of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Norway, Poland, and Sweden. They issued a joint statement on strengthening military support for Ukraine. The prime ministers of these countries expressed their intention to support Ukraine and invest in its defense industry. They also emphasized that the support would not decrease.

The United States informed the UN that North Korea is preparing to transfer additional ballistic missiles to Russia, in addition to those already supplied. The UN claims that Pyongyang has illegally transferred ballistic missiles and ammunition to Russia.

Ukraine received $4.8 billion from the World Bank as part of the Peace project. This project has become the largest in the bank's history. Overall, nearly $50 billion has been raised through World Bank mechanisms during the war.

The UN Security Council will hold an emergency meeting due to the latest Russian attacks on Ukraine's critical infrastructure. The meeting will be convened at Ukraine's request.
