The dollar approached 42.30 hryvnias: current exchange rates on December 24.

According to ТСН: In Ukraine, the average selling rate of the US dollar in banks is 42.29 UAH per dollar. The euro exchange rate has also changed.

Currency rates in banks and exchange offices

As of 11:00 the dollar was bought on average for 41.91 UAH and sold for 42.10 UAH. In exchange offices, the buying rate for the dollar was 41.90 UAH, while the selling rate was 42.10 UAH. In the cash market, private exchange offices offered to buy the dollar for 42.05 UAH and sell for 42.15 UAH.

In banks, the average buying rate for the dollar was 41.80 UAH, while the selling rate was 42.29 UAH.

Euro rate

The euro was bought for an average of 49.47 UAH and sold for 49.77 UAH. In exchange offices, the buying rate for the euro was 49.48 UAH, and the selling rate was 49.77 UAH. Private exchange offices bought the euro for 49.49 UAH and sold it for 49.78 UAH.

In banks, the average rate for the euro was 49.20 UAH for buying and 49.90 UAH for selling.

Official rate from the NBU

The National Bank of Ukraine has established the official dollar rate at 42.10 UAH/dollar and the euro rate at 49.64 UAH/euro.

In 'PrivatBank', the dollar was bought for 41.60 UAH and sold for 42.20 UAH, while the euro was bought and sold for 48.75 UAH and 49.75 UAH, respectively.

The Polish zloty costs 11.73 UAH according to the NBU rate. In exchange offices, it was bought on average for 11.65 UAH and sold for 11.80 UAH.

During this period, the currency market of Ukraine demonstrates some stability. Changes in the dollar and euro rates are not significant, which may indicate a balance between supply and demand. At the same time, it is worth monitoring further fluctuations, as the economic situation may change rapidly.
