LENY YORO's laughter at his mother's statement
According to The Sun: LENY YORO reacted with irony to his mother's claims about the origin of his name. The 19-year-old footballer, whose mother is named Flora Bonye, clarified that he was named after her favorite musician - American singer Lenny Kravitz. This statement from Bonye occurred in May, shortly before Manchester United's 0-1 loss in an Europa League match against Tottenham.
“I can imagine how it will be when I’m lying on the couch, watching a match and hearing the commentator struggling to pronounce my name correctly,”YORO noted, adding a light humor to the whole situation with a smile.
This statement by LENY YORO indicates his positive attitude towards the situation and his intention to maintain a friendly atmosphere in his career. He shows that in football, in addition to intense matches, there is also room for jokes.
