According to The Sun: Liam Gallagher announced a “big announcement” that fuels rumors of a possible Oasis performance at Knebworth.

Over the weekend, Oasis completed their last tour in the UK at Wembley Stadium and confirmed that they will return with new concerts next year.

Liam, 53, indicated that tour dates for Knebworth, Hertfordshire will be announced soon.

Oasis held a landmark concert at Knebworth in 1996, which later became the basis for a live album and a documentary about the band.

In August, The Sun reported that Liam and Noel received an offer for four major concerts at Knebworth House next year to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their two historic concerts in 1996.

There are also rumors about a possible residency at Etihad Stadium, home of their favorite Manchester City.
