Last month she marked nine months since his death, sharing her grief and greatest fears.

Kate admitted that she worries Liam won't recognize her if they meet again in another life.

“I don't know how heaven works, but I don't know what he looked like the last time I saw him.”

These thoughts make her cry, but she also recalled a comforting moment with a friend who reassured her:
