Liam Gallagher may pay £7m for daughter’s upkeep: details of the lawsuit.
According to The Sun: Liam Gallagher, the lead singer of Oasis, has finally been seen in public with his daughter and her mother after receiving a £500,000 annual lawsuit.
This happened a day before their performance at the legendary MetLife Stadium, just nine miles away from the home of his former partner Lisa Gorban and their 12-year-old daughter Gemma.

Liam may be required to pay up to £7 million for Gemma's upkeep.
According to American lawyers, 52-year-old Liam may be required to pay up to £7 million. Under U.S. law, he could support Gemma until she turns 26.
The rock star also risks receiving legal documents personally during his performance.
In exclusive photographs, Gemma is seen holding a pink toy, while her mother carries a water bottle with her name on it.
The girl is wearing a Lilo and Stitch backpack as they stroll through one of Manhattan's neighborhoods — this is the first photo with Gemma since 2015.
The Sun on Sunday reported in March that Lisa, 51, filed a child support lawsuit in Manhattan court.
Legal Troubles
Lisa is seeking a significant increase in annual payments for Gemma, who has autism and special educational needs.
Liam's lawyers accused Lisa of trying to 'exploit' the financial success gained from the Oasis reunion, amounting to £50 million.
James Sexton, a New York attorney, explained that Liam may be obligated to pay child support for Gemma until she turns 26, meaning for another 14 years.
“Liam is not lucky, as family law changed in 2021, extending the age limit from 21 to 26,” he noted.
“Lisa must prove that Gemma is so limited that she cannot care for herself.”
“The legislation is still going through court processes, but I have seen cases where it was extended to age 26.”
It is also noted that any decisions in this case could be lifetime due to Gemma's special needs.
Liam is complying with the court's requirements, including participating in hearings via video link in June.
Lisa is trying to obtain a 'ridiculous amount of money,' considering the profits from the Oasis tour.
Judy Poller, Liam's attorney
Lisa's lawyers may serve him documents in New York, which would be an 'aggressive move.'
The New York Supreme Court was informed in June that Liam has paid over £750,000 since signing a confidentiality agreement in 2015.

Liam subsequently agreed to pay £180,000 for Gemma's educational and autism-related needs after learning about her condition in 2021.
But Lisa is now demanding £510,000 per year to cover child expenses.
She is asking for £320,000 per year in child support, plus an additional £190,000 annually.
Liam's attorney Judy Poller emphasized that the new financial demands include £22,500 per month for housing with a pool, £75,000 per year for a nanny, and a vacation budget of £5,000.
She is demanding 'improper expenses.'

Judy Poller also noted that Gemma has autism, and Liam is aware of the difficulties his daughter faces.
Sources close to Liam claim that Lisa is seeking a 'ridiculous amount of money,' considering his significant earnings from the Oasis tour.
Liam wants to reconcile with his brother Noel, 58, to embark on a major Oasis tour after the band's breakup in 2009.

They have already performed in packed venues in Cardiff, Manchester, and Wembley, and are now touring the USA and Canada.
Negotiations for an out-of-court settlement are ongoing, but both sides remain in conflict.
Lisa's attorney, Amanda Krigan, stated that Gemma's needs are not being met. She reported that the case is back in court as Liam is willing to pay for only two years of schooling and refuses to 'sit at the table.'
Meanwhile, Lisa and Gemma live in an apartment costing £3,300 per month in Manhattan.
Lisa Gorban's lawsuit against Liam Gallagher is ongoing. As of now, the hearing has not been scheduled.
It is said that Liam started a romance with Lisa shortly after she interviewed him in 2010.

According to Emily-Jane Hip, Liam's short-term romance with Lisa Gorban began in 2011 — right after her interview for The New York Times.
