According to The Sun: Reality show star Love Island Hannah Elizabeth has once again flaunted her newly enhanced body after the BBL procedure she underwent last year.

The 35-year-old celebrity posted two new photos on her Instagram stories: one where she poses in a green bikini and another in a white one.

In one of the photos, Hannah displays her slim waist and curvy backside, along with a large tattoo on her thigh. In another shot taken during her time on Celebs Go Dating, Hannah lies on a sunbed with her tanned body glistening in the sun, and her figure looks exceptionally striking.

Last year, surgeon Dr. Omar from CREO clinic told Hello! magazine that Hannah spent around £32,000 on various procedures.

“I would estimate about £8,000 for rhinoplasty, £8,000 for other facial surgeries, £6,000 for breast augmentation, and £10,000 for BBL (Brazilian butt lift),” he said.

“It’s important to note that costs shouldn’t be the only factor; ensuring the safety and qualifications of medical professionals and facilities is paramount.”

A mother of one, Hannah has always been open about her procedures, and last year even streamed on Instagram as the surgeon injected her buttocks.

“I don't feel any pain, the area is completely numb, and I'm very excited to show you the results at the end,” she said.

Recently, the Love Island favorite has been hospitalized twice with a mysterious illness.

“Back in the ER again, it's so bad, I can't handle this AD,” she told her followers.

This occurred after an unfortunate incident in the hospital, where she underwent a “last-minute operation.”

“Just want to let brands know, as I couldn't work, post, or respond to messages,” she reported.

“I hate letting people down, but I will definitely be back to work as soon as I recover.”

This isn't the first time Hannah has showcased the results of her BBL procedure: earlier this March, she shared photos that brought attention to her tanned body.

Fans are actively supporting her, with one writing: “A masterpiece.” Another added: “You’re so beautiful.” A third noted: “Hot and stunning.”

Hannah rose to fame after the first season of Love Island in 2015, where she reached the final with her ex-boyfriend John Clark. She returned to the show in 2024 during the first season of All Stars, but failed to find a romantic connection and was evicted from the villa on day 16.
