Littler Reveals the Players He Wants to Avoid at the World Championship.
Luke Littler's Wishes
According to The Sun: LUKE LITTLER has revealed who he would like to avoid playing against at the World Championship. The young talent is preparing to defend his title, which kicks off this weekend with exhibition matches in Scotland. However, 'The Nuke', who is just 18 years old, has admitted that he wouldn't want to play against fan favorites - 21-year-old Bo Greaves and 71-year-old veteran Paul Lim when the main competition starts.
“I would rather avoid playing against them,”Luke candidly said.
The World Championship promises to be highly competitive, and young players like Littler have already become fan favorites. Success in previous tournaments has created huge interest around them, so his reluctance to face such opponents is no surprise.
The competitions precede the main matches, and everyone is looking forward to how the young talents will cope under pressure and in a high-stakes atmosphere. Facing experienced players can certainly add stress but also teach a lot.
