Russia's missile reserves may be running out, or it plans a massive strike on Ukraine. This is reported by the publication ZDF.
In the past week, Russia attacked Ukraine with drones and S-300 anti-aircraft missiles. During this Time, no cruise or ballistic missiles were launched.
According to ZDF, this could be due to depletion of reserves or readiness for a large-scale attack on Ukraine's energy system with the start of the heating season.
"A possible explanation is that Russia is limiting the production of cruise and ballistic missiles, and reserves are depleted. Another possibility is that Russia is amassing such weapons for a more concentrated strike on Ukraine, which is likely to target the country's energy infrastructure. As the heating season begins, such a strike, from Russia's point of view, becomes more relevant," the article says.
It should be noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the Russian ammunition plant and Lipetsk-2 airfield using 'Su' and 'Mig' fighters.
