System failure at 'Nova Poshta': company's app and website are not working

Today, a serious technical error occurred across Ukraine in the operations of the postal operator 'Nova Poshta'.

Social media users report that currently not working are:

• the company's mobile app
• the package pickup system at branches
• the official website

The most complaints are coming from the western regions of Ukraine, particularly Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv. Due to the system failure, branch employees are unable to process customer requests, which makes both receiving and sending packages impossible.

Company representatives have not yet provided official comments regarding the causes of the outage and the timing for restoring the system's operation.

Customers of 'Nova Poshta' are advised to take the current situation into account when planning visits to branches.
