Millie wrote: 'This summer we found our little girl through adoption.'
She added: 'Only 3 left - the love of Millie and Jake Bongiovi.'

Recently, the actress's husband Jake Bongiovi has been caring for the little one and has even been spotted with a stroller on her Instagram page.
