According to The Sun: Olivia Attwood speaks openly about plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures when other celebrities only mention good genetics. She even noted: “If I want my mouth to look like a swollen anus, that's my choice.”

Olivia did not shy away from discussing relationship difficulties and calmly commented on the rumors: “If I had something to say, I would say it in my [Instagram] story. All these rumors... I see them, but I barely associate myself with them.”
