According to The Sun: The house, which has nine bedrooms, became notorious during Katie's ownership due to its worn and neglected state, as well as a series of dramatic issues and legal challenges that occurred on the property.

James and his partner Lake Koo plan to undertake significant renovations in the house to make it livable again. They have already started working on this.
