The medical volunteer battalion 'Hospitallers' and its founder Yana Zinkevich reported that during the evacuation, volunteer Maria-Kristina Dvoinik, friend of Alpak, was killed.
«Yesterday, during the rotation at the front, the volunteer Dvoinik Maria-Kristina, friend of Alpak, was killed. A very bright, restless, knowledge-seeking, purposeful person who built numerous plans for the future and selflessly loved what she was doing,» - they wrote in the battalion.
The aforementioned battalion also noted that Maria-Kristina was a volunteer who organized significant fundraisers and dreamed of restoring Ukraine after victory.
«She knew no fear and, without hesitation, risked herself to save her comrades and help them return home alive. The Russians deprived her of life, taking away our support and the soldiers' chance for salvation. She always selflessly helped everyone in need. This loss is a terrible blow to our battalion. Eternal memory to our brave sister Alpak.», - added Yana Zinkevich.
The battalion stated that information about Maria-Kristina's burial will be published later.
