Russia has created a register of Ukrainians without a Russian passport in the occupied territories
The National Resistance Center reported that Russia has created a register of controlled individuals, which includes Ukrainians without a Russian passport living in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. According to this register, these individuals are required to leave the settlement or obtain legal grounds for residency. Additionally, they are prohibited from using banks, registering real estate, driving vehicles, and getting married. The National Resistance Center notes that this is yet another step towards the forced passportization of Ukrainians and the consolidation of their status as subjects of the empire.
It is also known that the Russian authorities are actively preparing for illegal elections in the occupied territories of Ukraine. To facilitate this process, a chatbot is being launched to help 'voters' cast their votes for the desired candidate or file a complaint.
From January 1, preferential medical assistance in the occupied territories will only be provided to Ukrainians with a Russian passport. This means that people with cardiovascular diseases, asthma patients, and diabetics without a Russian passport will have to buy medications at their own risk. Also, without a Russian passport, it is impossible to bury a person in the occupied territory.
