President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on October 7 announced preparations for upcoming negotiations with partners and plans to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities in his evening address.

According to the head of state, he discussed the negotiation schedule for the week with many partners. "We will present to all who can strengthen Ukraine, our Victory Plan - to every country that can truly help bring peace closer," Zelensky said.

The President noted that after receiving the positions of the partners and understanding the real opportunities for Ukraine, a strategy of further actions will be made public. "It is important that the perspective as a whole is clear to everyone in our country," he emphasized.

Zelensky also anticipates a report from the Ukrainian team working in Washington on the military and military-political details of the Victory Plan, as well as a report from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, on his work with partners.

The President emphasized that particularly difficult situations remain in the Donetsk directions on the front. "We will try to convince partners in 'Ramstein' that a tangible strengthening of our capabilities, our positions, is needed right now, during the autumn months," he said.
