NBU has launched online payment tracking: how to track transfers now.

According to ТСН: The National Bank of Ukraine has launched a new service for tracking payments in the electronic payment system (EPS). Now you can conveniently monitor the execution of bank transfers around the clock.

Both senders and recipients can use the new functionality. The system covers transfers between accounts by details or IBAN, including instant payments through EPS.

Payment status and its stages

Thanks to the service, users can quickly find out the current status of the payment operation. For example, you can determine whether the payment has already been initiated, processed by the sending bank, is awaiting processing in the system, or has already been credited to the recipient's account.

Information about the time taken at each stage is also provided, which is important in cases of delays or disputed situations.

How to use the service?

To track payments, you need to visit the special webpage of the EPS service, enter the UETR of the payment and the amount of the transfer in hryvnias. After entering the information, the user can choose a full or shortened response format and receive details about the movement of funds.
