Singer Stepan Higa has died: the national artist of Ukraine did not overcome the disease.
According to ТСН: In Lviv, at the age of 66, Stepan Higa, a famous Ukrainian singer and national artist of Ukraine, passed away. He had been in the hospital in serious condition since mid-November.
According to preliminary data, the artist passed away in the intensive care unit of the First TMO of Lviv, where he had been in critical condition since November 19.

Stepan Higa, who died at the age of 66, was a prominent figure in Ukrainian pop music. He was born in Transcarpathia, in the village of Bilki, in 1959. The singer celebrated his 66th birthday in November 2025.
He began his bright musical career even before Ukraine gained independence, but his solo work, which brought him wide popularity, started in the mid-90s.
