Theft at the Mercedes F1 headquarters
The new headquarters worth £70 million of the Mercedes F1 team was the victim of theft. As a result of the incident, tools worth £60,000 were stolen. On the construction site, which is being transformed into a motorsport center, dozens of workers were left without the necessary equipment, which disappeared from seemingly secure sections. The management of the team, which has been on the Formula 1 champion podium 12 times, handed over surveillance camera footage to the police after the theft.“We are very concerned about this situation and are working with law enforcement to find those responsible,”- said team representatives. This situation highlights not only the issue of safety on construction sites but also the importance of trust in the world of high technology and sports. Mercedes F1, as one of the leaders in motorsport, strives to resolve this issue as quickly as possible to ensure the continuous operation of its new center.
