According to updated draft laws, young boys aged 16 will be enlisted for military service. If this draft law comes into effect, men aged 17 and older will not be allowed to leave Ukraine. These young boys will have their "certificate of enlistment" removed if they are enlisted for military service.
Boys who are enlisted will be able to find work abroad. But if they are not enlisted, they will have to stay in Ukraine. This ban does not apply to boys under 17 years of age.
