Nicky Butt on Manchester United's season ticket
Manchester United legend Nicky Butt revealed that the club nearly took his season ticket due to insufficient match attendance.According to The Sun: The 50-year-old Butt was part of the famous 1992 team and played 387 matches for the 'Red Devils'. After that, he worked at Old Trafford for another nine years in various roles.
“I always tried to be there, but sometimes it just didn't work out,” Butt noted.
It is worth noting that a season ticket for club legends has special significance, as it is not only an opportunity to attend matches but also to remain part of a large football family. In Butt's case, his absence from the stands was due to his commitments, but fans hope he will be able to attend more matches in the future.
