On Saturday, August 9, residents of Kyiv and the region are expected to experience typical August weather with cloudiness, but pleasant temperatures. It will be warm and sunny, but short-term rains are possible at night.

At night, short-term rains are possible in the region, sometimes with thunderstorms. No rain is expected in the morning and during the day, sunny and warm weather is anticipated.

The wind will be predominantly north-western, of moderate strength 5–10 m/s.

The air temperature in the region will range from +13°C to +18°C at night, while during the day it will rise to +23…+28°C.

In the capital, the night temperature will fluctuate between +15 to +17°C, while during the day it will rise to +25...+27°C. The wind will be moderate, north-western, up to 10 m/s.

It should be noted that meteorologists had previously spoken about the weather in 2025 and the period of heat peaks.

According to forecasts, warm and sunny weather awaits residents of Kyiv and the region on August 9, with possible short-term rains only at night. The wind is expected to be moderate, north-western. Air temperature is anticipated to be comfortable, at night from +13°C to +18°C, and during the day from +23 to +28°C. Already in the morning and during the day, stabilization of weather conditions without precipitation is expected.
