According to The Sun: OASIS star Liam Gallagher is inviting his brother Noel for Christmas after a successful tour.

He hopes that their mother, Peggy, 82, will also be able to join them for a family celebration.

Liam, 52, and Noel, 58, ended their 15-year feud to perform together on the big tour.

An insider said: 'Liam wants this Christmas to be special after the successful tour.

'He really wants to gather the whole family together; they deserve a break.

'Liam and Noel were happy to see their children spending time together on tour and would love for everyone to sit at one table for lunch.'

Noel is proud of Liam

Last week, Noel said how proud he is of Liam.

He noted his vocal abilities: 'He was amazing.'

During an interview on talkSPORT, he said: 'Liam is just killing it, that's for sure.

'I’m proud of him. I’ve been managing a band (High Flying Birds) for 16 years – I know how hard it is.

'I couldn’t do stadium shows like he does. It’s not for me. I just want to say: 'Man, I look around and have the thought: ‘You’re really cool’.'
