Odesa TCC published an official position on the STERNENKO case.
The Odesa Regional TCC and SP refuted STERNENKO's statements and published the case details.
According to the TCC, Serhiy STERNENKO has already visited the Prymorsky RTCC and SP, where he paid an administrative fine for violating military registration rules and was referred to a medical commission.
The TCC also refuted the accusations of "revenge" due to criticism of military structures, calling them unfounded. The department emphasized that it acts "exclusively within the framework of the law, particularly in accordance with Article 259 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses."
"These facts indicate that Mr. STERNENKO was aware of the necessity to fulfill his duties as a conscript and took measures to regulate his status," the statement said.
Earlier, on November 7, STERNENKO reported that he learned about his possible search through media banned in Ukraine. According to him, further verification via the Reserve+ application showed no search.
