Russian Assault Troops are Unsuccessful in Toretsk

The enemy continues to attack Toretsk. The Russian assault troops involved in the fighting usually consist of disciplinary violators. This was stated by the officer of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade 'Azov' of the National Guard of Ukraine, Ravyk, during a telethon.

'The enemy operates in small infantry groups, trying to advance around and uses equipment. Yesterday, an armored personnel carrier with the enemy arrived and was destroyed thanks to the joint efforts of the units. So nothing is changing,' said the Azov officer.

Regarding the motivation of the Russian occupiers participating in the assaults in this direction, most of them are disciplinary violators.

'Our last assault consisted of troops who already had problems in the army. That is, drug addicts and alcoholics - disciplinary violators. They write letters to their families, loved ones, and wives every time, asking for help to get them out of here. It's already hopelessness; they are simply sent here,' the military said.

He also noted that the last Russian prisoners voluntarily surrender.

'There have been cases where they come out with white flags. They no longer wish to fight. Moreover, the last prisoner said that they had already taken everyone, even those in the hospital. That is, this is personal staff who were previously wounded,' added the Azov officer.

Most of the Russian assault troops in captivity claim that the Russian command is 'throwing them into the drawing.'

'If I’m not mistaken, the Russian generals have already reported that they have accomplished the tasks set before them. But our assault troops who get captured have a completely different opinion. They say that they are thrown into the drawing, and they are still far from fulfilling the assigned tasks,' the military noted.
